Regarding APS

Dear team,
I'm an international student from India who recently got selected into the international MSc physic program. Since the uni application never required an APS I didn't apply for one earlier but the Visa process needs it.
Now, I've submitted my documents on 13th June but APS India is notorious for taking a long time (for some people it has even taken half a year) and for not responding to student queries. Since there is also no way to track the status of your application, the applicant is pretty much in the dark until whenever they decide to process it.
I am still sending them mails every 3 days to know the status and will keep doing for the next few weeks (as its still within the processing time of 4-6 weeks )but I just wanted to enquire whether it would be possible for a representative of the University of Hamburg to send them a mail on my behalf as a last resort since I wont be able to start my Visa process without my APS.
