I like to enquire that can medium of instruction be submitted as an proof of english Proficiency , for the time being and be provided with an conditional admission? If possible please guide me about it, as this can help me to save six months .
I Am an student form India and have applied for Msc Data Science , i meet with all the other eligible criteria .

no, we don't offer conditional admission. On page 3 of the application info PDF you can find the accepted certificates or proofs of English language proficiency:

Note: A degree taught in English will generally not be accepted as proof of English language proficiency
