I recently submitted an inquiry via your online form regarding the possibility of conditional admission for the Master’s program in Counseling at Universität Hamburg.
I have reviewed the information on your website, including the admission requirements. However, I would kindly like to ask if it is possible to apply for conditional admission in my case.

To briefly summarize my situation:

I am currently in my final semester of my Bachelor’s program in Counseling at Al-Zahra University, Tehran, Iran, and I expect to graduate by February or March 2026.

I am in the process of preparing for the IELTS exam, and I expect to receive the result by the same period.

I will obtain my temporary graduation certificate and transcript by that time as well.

I am also in the process of applying for my passport, which I expect to receive by September 2025.


Given this, I would appreciate your clarification on whether I could apply for conditional admission, with the understanding that I will submit the final documents by March 2026.
