Hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to take information regarding confirmation of enrollment process as I have to submit my documents at Embassy in my home country. I got admission letter for the program "Master of Science Economics" ,accepted the offer & applied for enrollment. However, I am not sure about confirmation of enrollment as I have not received new LogIn details.I have uploaded Proof of Language Proficiency, Degree, transcript.Please guide me regarding late arrival policy too as Embassy in my home country requires Enrollment Letter which takes time, which may delay my Visa process & may arrive late. You are requested to consider my querries.

Dear Aqsa,

the STiNE log in Credentials will be issued in a few weeks. Before that you won't have access to your account.

Enrollment documents will be issued after payment of the semester fee (the details for the bank transfer will be available in your account once you have access to it). Until then you can use the letter of admission for administrative purposes for the embassy and you will stay enrolled provisionally.

I want to mention that German Consulate in my home country requires Enrollment letter too. According to University rules I will be able to get final enrollment letter after a few weeks. Does UHH helps students to provide any this statement on email or by providing provisional Enrollment letter?
Otherwise, I may loss the chance of getting Visa. I have applied for Visa but process can be delayed or rejected due to enrollment.
Your guidance regarding any provissional letter or discussion on email can be helpful for me.

Dear Aqsa,
I can assure you, that the embassies know about the procedure of most German Universities - at the moment you can only present the letter of admission. You will also get an email shortly that confirms your provisional enrollment, maybe you can also include this when applying for an appointment.
By the time you have the visa appointment you will have the enrollment certificates - like I wrote before: it will take only a few weeks for the final documents. There is no way to speed up this process unfortunately.
