I respectfully request an English Proficiency Certificate from the university for submission with my upcoming visa application. AS the ambassy is not appriciating proficiency certificates issued by my previous university.
Please provide the certificate as soon as possible for the smooth visa process and do let me know if you prefer this request to be submitted through a different channel.

I have been admitted to the MSc Business Administration program at the University of Hamburg on the basis of an English Proficiency Letter issued by my previous university. However, the embassy has requested an official confirmation or exemption letter from the University of Hamburg stating that I am exempted from submitting a standardized English language certificate (such as IELTS or TOEFL).

I would be very grateful if you could kindly issue this exemption letter at your earliest convenience to support my visa application process.
