Dear Committee,
I would like to ask two problems which confused me a lot.
First, I have received two documents in my STINE account which reminded me to pay the semester fee. And I have paid it in 7th August. But I didn't receive any documents or confirmation that told me if the payment was received or not. And also there is no enrolment document in my STINE account.
Second, I'm not sure if the insurance document was sent to you, because I can see the status of the Health insurance shows Techniker Krankenkasse (xxx) and Health insurance typ shows Statutory. But there is no Insured person's number. I don't know if this situation means that I need to offer other insurance documents or other things I should do?
