Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Ei Mon Aung.

I want to enquire for 2 questions.

Question 1) The status of Health Insurance
The BARMER side said they already initiated the electronic notification on 18th August 2025.
However, the campus centre only updated my first name and last name after BARMER sent the notification to University.
Can you kindly check the insurance status in your end because TK said they sent it on 15 August and BARMER sent it on 18 August 2025.
I attached the screenshot from BARMER for your reference.

Question 2) The semester contribution fee
I transferred the semester contribution fee on 14th August 2025. However, I did not receive any status whether the University received it or not. So please kindly confirm.

Question 3) National Visa at German Embassy
The german embassy asked the enrollment letter for the National Visa.

1) Unfortunately, the electronic notification from the health insurance company has not been received yet.

2) The semester contribution has been received. Uni Hamburg does not send a receipt about this.

3) The enrollment letter (semester certificate) will be available in your student account in documents when the notification has been received.

The University updated my first name and last name on 18th August 2025 evening correctly while BAMBER sent the electronic notification on the same day morning.

Can you kindly check record?

Before Change,
First Name = Ei
Last Name = Mon Aung

After Change, (Correct)
First Name = Ei Mon
Last Name = Aung

Everything is fine now. The digital health insurance notification has been received.
The semester cerificate about your enrollment at Uni Hamburg is available in your account in documents.
