My name is Aryan, and I am an Iranian national currently residing in the UAE. I am very interested in pursuing studies in the field of Medicine at your esteemed university. I plan to complete my German language studies in Germany to meet the language requirements before beginning my academic program.

I would like to kindly inquire whether your university issues conditional offer letters for international applicants, particularly for the Medicine (or related) program. If so, could you please advise on what basis such conditional offers are granted (for example, pending language proficiency or submission of final academic documents)?
