Inquiry Regarding Recognition of Foreign Educational Qualifications for MIBAS M.Sc. 2027/2028

My name is Dong Vu, and I am planning to apply for the Master of Science in Innovation, Business, and Sustainability (MIBAS) program for the Winter Semester 2027/2028.
I am writing to respectfully inquire about the timing requirements for the Recognition of educational qualifications acquired abroad (evaluation of my foreign Bachelor's degree).

My questions are as follows:
1. Recognition Timeline: Is it permissible or advisable for me to apply for the formal recognition/evaluation of my foreign degree significantly earlier, for instance, during 2025, or must I wait until early 2027 to align with the official MIBAS application period?
2. APS Submission: As a Vietnamese applicant, I am aware that an APS certificate is required. I am scheduled to participate in the APS verification process in May 2026. If I choose to apply for early recognition in 2025, is the APS certificate mandatory to submit at the very start of the recognition application, or can it be provided later, once it is issued in May 2026?

I am proactively organizing all required documents, and understanding this timeline is critical for my planning.

We do accept older recognition certificates, which means that you could apply for recognition in 2026 and applying for MIBAS in 2027.

We need the APS certificate to process your application of recognition, without it your application will be rejected. So please wait until you have your APS before starting your application. The deadline for MIBAS application is 31.03.2026, so if your APS is issued in May, you will have to wait until 2027.
