Question Regarding Application With an Unfinished Bachelor’s Degree

I am currently in the final year of my bachelor’s degree in Morocco and I have a couple of questions about applying to a "Master's in Business Administration"[/b] with an unfinished bachelor's degree.

I would like to ask whether it's possible to apply before my Bachelor’s degree is officially completed. also could you please tell me about :
Which documents are required for the application in this situation?

Whether provisional transcripts or a confirmation of expected graduation are accepted?

Whether a Moroccan Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is recognized for admission to this program?

You do not have to have completed your bachelor’s degree at the time of application. You can prove your current grade point average with a Transcript of Records. Your actual final grade will no longer be taken into account.
You must submit proof of your bachelor’s degree to the Campus Center by the end of the first semester (31 March), or your admission to the Master of Science in Business Administration must be withdrawn.
