Dear Admission Office,
on the WiSo Faculty website it is stated prospect students are required to submit GRE test results, although the latest official notice on application requirements (17.09.2025) states that GRE test is only an alternative to the weighted grade average of quantitative and economic courses in a bachelor degree.
Due to lack of further information I would like you to kindly clarify if GRE is strongly recommended and if just by showing my transcript of records I would be disadvantaged against applicants who paid for GRE.
Best regards,
Bulingir Nadvidov.
P.S. also it would be nice if you could let me know where can I find selection criteria for the double degree programm with university of Essex.
On their website it was only stated that they have a double degree partnership with university of Konsatz, therefore I am wondering if the option will be available for after WiSe 26/27.
Is GRE mandatory to be eligible for the program?
