I hope you are doing well. My name is Zarakhsha Akseer, and I am from Afghanistan. I would like to express my interest in applying to the M.A. in Politics, Economics, Philosophy program at the University of Hamburg. Please advise where and how I should submit my application and documents. I would like to express my interest in being nominated for the Hilde Domin scholarship. The application period for the master's program PEP with study start in October is between February 15 and March 31.
