I am Wasna Allafi , I was born in 25/8/1997, from Triploli / Libya .
I would like to apply for undergradguate pharmacal study at the pharmacy school of your university, therefore I would be gratefull if you can send me the application form for admission to your university for next year entry. I have successfully completed my high school of life Sciences in 2014/2015.
I will strat soon my german courses in Germany, aiming to join your university as soon as I become eligible for that looking for a better chance of pharmacal education.

We can't send you an application form for Universität Hamburg, since you apply for Universität Hamburg via an online form.

The way you have to apply for pharmacy at Universität Hamburg depends on whether you are considered "equivalent" to German applicants. Applicants deemed "equivalent" to German applicants are:
• applicants with a German higher education entry qualification
• citizens of member countries in the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway
• applicants who are not citizens of an EU country, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein but whose family members are and who are employed in Germany

If any of the above apply to you, you need to apply via "hochschulstart.de": http://www.hochschulstart.de You can find further information about this way to apply here: http://www.uni-hamburg.de/campuscenter/ ... art_e.html The application deadline at hochschulstart.de is May 31st of every year for applications for the winter semester, if you got you school leaving certificate before January 16th of the year of application, July 15th if you got it after that. Applications are possible for the winter semester only, since medicine does not start in the summer semester at Universität Hamburg.

If none of the above apply to you, you have to apply using Universität Hamburg’s online application portal: http://www.uni-hamburg.de/onlinebewerbung The application period for pharmacy runs from June 1st to July 15th of every year. After sending your online application you have to send your documents via regular mail to Universität Hamburg. In any case, you need to acquire proof of sufficient German language skills, since medicine is taught in German only at Universität Hamburg.
