I hope this message finds you well. I would like to ask whether my electronic diploma document will be accepted for my Master’s degree application, as the physical diploma will be issued approximately five months later.

Could you please confirm if the electronic version will be considered valid during the application process?

Hallo Jack,

the application procedure for the master programs at Universität Hamburg is an online procedure. This means that you do not need to submit any documents in paper form or via email to Universität Hamburg. Instead, you have to upload the documents. Selection is based on the information you provide online in your application and the documents you upload during the application or enrollment process. Thus, if you have any kind of electronic document/diploma, I suppose it will be accepted.
