Information about the supervisor

I am applying for master in Intelligent adaptive systems. There is a section in form asking for Inforation about the supervisor. How do I know which supervisor there is for this course. How do I contact them and the ask for care commitment document?

You've choosen the wrong application form. Please delete your application as a freemover and start a new one.
If you want to apply for a master's program, the degree type should be 'Master'.

In the Information on the previous course of studies section there is a field called Academic subject this is a dropdown. I studied inforamation tehnology it is not mentioned here what field should I choose.
