Regarding the MIBAS application, could you please clarify the specific English proficiency requirements? Specifically, is there a minimum score for each sub-section (Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking), or is the requirement based only on the overall band score?
If I am granted admission, will the official admission letter (Zulassungsbescheid) explicitly state that my language proficiency has been verified and meets the university's requirements?

As I am preparing my application, I have a question regarding the recognition of my foreign educational qualification. My official Bachelor’s degree transcript displays two different grading systems: a 10-point scale and a 4-point scale.

Since the grade conversion to the German system will be conducted by the university during the application procedure, I would like to clarifyif I am allowed to choose which scale (the 10-point or the 4-point) will be used for the conversion, or if the university follows a specific protocol in such cases?

If you get a letter of admission, it will not specifically state that you have fullfilled the language requirements, but it will be implied, since admission would not be possible without them.
