Hi everyone, I’m currently filling out my STiNE application for a Master’s degree. I’m a Computer Engineering graduate from Purbhanchal University, Nepal, and I’m stuck on the "University Entrance Qualification" (HZB) page.

Which date should I put? Since I am applying for a Master’s, should this date be from my High School (+2/A-Levels) or my Bachelor’s degree completion date?

Federal State/District Issue: I selected "Not in Germany" for the Federal State, but the "District" dropdown still requires a selection and none of the options match Nepal/Abroad. Has anyone from Nepal or outside Germany faced this? What should I select to move past this error?

Any help from fellow international students or seniors would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Hello Anurag,

1) In this section you have to enter the date from your school leaving certificate.
2) In case you selected "Not in Germany" for the Federal State, the "District" can be left blank.
Please look at the hint beside.
