Admission to an international master's program

Dear admissions team,
I am applying to the International Physics M.Sc. program and was wondering if you could help me with a few questions.
1) Since I live abroad, should I write my correspondence address in German, English, or my country's official language?
2) In the "Physics - Upload" section, the portal asks for "Testimonials, certificates, and attestations acquired after completion of school education"
I was wondering if this includes my school leaving diploma (high school diploma), because in "Special admission requirements for master's degree programs: Physics" it asks for:
"Curriculum Vitae including the certificates you have acquired (Curriculum vitae should include: personal data, education, vocational training, studies, professional background, internships, experience abroad or travel, language skills, computer literacy, activities, other"
3) In the same document, when it talks about the selection criteria, which is the difference between first relevant university-level qualification and first relevant professional qualification?
"75% of the study places are awarded according to the result of the first relevant university-level qualification. In the case of equality of honor, the grade determines the university entrance qualification.
2. For the remaining 25% of the study places, the selection is made according to the result of the first relevant professional qualification. The grade of the first qualifying degree may be improved by meeting the following criteria:"
4) In the "Physics - Upload" section, what is the difference between the following?
Diploma supplement*: Please upload a program description/diploma supplement of your Bachelor's program here.
Descriptions of your modules/courses: Please upload descriptions of your modules/courses here. This can be done e.g. in form of a module handbook, and the literature used as well as certificates of relevant subfields in the first degree.
5) Finally, my module handbook is 120 pages long and is written in Spanish. A certified translation costs $ 6,000. May I submit a non-official translation? I already have it since DAAD requested it to award me a scholarship.
