I hope you are well.
I have recently arrived in Hamburg and am preparing to register for the Summer Semester. I would like to ask about the semester contribution fee I paid for the Winter Semester last year. Due to visa delays, I was unable to attend that semester.
Could you please advise if the payment can be refunded, transferred, or applied to the current semester?

Unfortunately, the payment cannot be refunded, transferred, or applied to the current semester as this is part of your final enrollment in winter semester 25/26 at Uni Hamburg.
