University of Hamburg Contact Person for Visa Application Reference

Hello,
I am an international applicant to the University of Hamburg's Ms Physics Program. As suggested by the 'Application Confirmation for Hamburg's Admission Procedures' document, I am applying for my German Student Applicant Visa straight away.
As part of the Visa Application form on the Consular Services Portal, I am required to provide a reference organization (which I assume is the University of Hamburg).
I am also required to name a contact person from the University of Hamburg, as well as provide their contact address (Street, House no., Postal code, City, Country) and telephone/mobile number.
I would like to ask who the relevant person is for the University of Hamburg, and what address and telephone number to provide for this person in my Visa application.
