My name is Ishrat Jahan Meem. I am an international student, and I have recently received an official admission offer for the M.Sc. Marine Ecosystem and Fisheries Sciences program for the Winter Semester 2026/27.

After reviewing my admission letter, I noticed that my name has been registered and displayed incorrectly as "Ishrat Meem". However, according to my official passport and academic certificates, my full and correct name is "Ishrat Jahan Meem".

As my enrollment deadline (seat booking/enrollment application) is strictly until June 3, 2026, I am quite concerned about this name mismatch. Could you please kindly let me know if it is possible to correct my name in the university database and issue a corrected version of the offer letter with my full name?

Since this is a public forum, I cannot upload my passport scan here for verification. Could you please guide me on exactly which office or specific email address I should contact or send my passport copy to so that this can be resolved politely and quickly before the deadline?
