Hello

I just got accepted to an International MSc program. I want to ask about a few things:

1. I have submitted the required documents in the enrollment process. Can I expect a reply before the 1-week deadline to accept the offer? And if I have submitted all the required documents, does this mean I have secured a place at UHH?

2. Regarding the health insurance, when is the deadline for UHH to be notified? I understand that I can notify the university after the offer acceptance deadline. And if I have to send the documents before the semester starts, does that mean I have to pay for the insurance for the months that I will not be in Germany?

3. How should I start looking for student housing? As a non-EU student, I am not familiar with the system.

Hello natachaupra,

1) You may assume that your enrollment has been successful, as regulary no further documents are required when applying for enrollment for one of the international master's programs.

2) You need to be insured from the beginning of your first semester . The notification will be send electronically from the health insurance provider of your choice. The notifiaction should be received at the latest mid-October.
