I was admitted to University of Hamburg’s masters program Intellectics: The Science of AI. On the 2nd of June I received a message confirming my successful provisional enrollment. It was said that I had to wait a few days for my new login credentials, which are needed to pay the tuition fee.

I have not received neither the new login credentials nor more information since. I was wondering, when will I receive these approximately. I need to pay the tuition fee as soon as possible to apply to a maintenance loan.

The new access credentials to your student account will be sent these days. Please do not worry. Everything is fine.
The semester contribution has to be transferred later on in mid-August/ September when the amount of the contribution has been determined.
