Hello, I'm currently trying to apply for the master's program in mathematics, and it requires me to upload a self-compiled list of my completed modules and their ECTS credits. So I have a few questions:

1. Do I have to convert credit points of all subjects I have taken to ECTS? Or only credit points of core subjects?
2. How can I convert them to ECTS?
3. Does the list have to be in a specific form, like pdf or excel file? Is there any form or example of the list?
4. I'm currently in an accelerated Bachelor and Master's course in mathematics. Do I also need to add subjects I have taken in my master's course to the list?
