Unable to Create a New Application for Recognition of Foreign Qualifications – Missing Document

Dear Admissions Team,
I am applying for the Master of Science in Business Administration (Winter Semester 2026/27) and previously submitted an application for the recognition of my foreign qualifications.
After submitting the application, I realized that I had not uploaded an important document: my high school transcript (higher education entrance qualification).
I therefore attempted to create a new recognition application in order to upload the missing document. However, when I try to submit a new application, I receive the following message:
"Der Antrag konnte nicht gestellt werden, da er bereits eingereicht wurde."
Could you please advise me on how I can submit the missing high school transcript? Is it possible to reopen the existing application, upload additional documents, or otherwise supplement my submitted application?
