2 Factor authentication code list issue

I am newly master student at the university of Hamburg. Right now, I am facing issue with 2 Factor authentication.
University send me the 2 FA code list in pdf file but its encrypted and required password, which I don't have and not send by the university.

So, how can I resolve this issue in very simple way?
