MY INIABILITY TO ENROLL AS AN ADMITTED PhD STUDENT.

Dear UHH Forum team,

I write to register my inability to enroll for my doctoral program even after been admitted. I have written several emails asking for assistance to access the STiNE portal or campus center but to no avail. I am frustrated as I have till 30/09/2026 to enroll and enrollment takes 4weeks.
I urgently need help on how to enroll. I have my admission letter from the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Natural Sciences.

The enrollment for a PhD program at Uni Hamburg takes place via the STiNE application portal. You need to fill in your data in all required sections and upload the admission letter as well as your master's degree certificate.
