Good morning, my name is Julián Guidi; I am 35 years old and have been admitted as a doctoral student.

I need to finalize my enrollment in STiNE and am requesting assistance in documenting that I hold DR-WALTER Educare24 private health insurance.

I contacted TK via email, but they replied that, since I am over 30, I should not apply for this exemption.

Could you please help me or provide information on how to complete my enrollment and pay the semester fee?

Hallo,
since you are a doctoral student, you don't need to send an exemption notification.
If you have followed the steps for enrollment, you should be getting STINE access and can find the "Zahlträger" (payment information) in your account.
