I transferred the semester contribution of 402 Euro for the winter semester 2026/27 on 13 August 2026.
Up to now, neither the payment status nor the digital semester‑ticket information has been updated within my STiNE account.

My matriculation number: 8070621

Could you please check whether my transfer has been received and assign the payment to my student account?

Please contact your health insurance provider immediately to ensure the transmission of your insurance status to the University of Hamburg.

The semester contribution has not yet been received in total. It is missing 10 €. Maybe it is the transfer fee your bank.

Could you please advise whether I can pay the outstanding 10‑EUR shortfall via bank transfer using the same account details given on the semester‑contribution payment slip? Alternatively, is it possible to pay this 10‑EUR shortfall in‑person on campus?

I will follow up with my health‑insurance provider regarding the electronic insurance notification.

Please transfer the missing amount to the same bank account of Uni Hamburg, stating also your student number. It is not possible to pay in person.
