Hi everyone,

I'm an international student from Brazil and I'm planning to apply for the MIBAS (M.Sc. Innovation, Business and Sustainability) program for the 2027 intake. I have a few questions about the application and would really appreciate any help:

1. Documents: I know that my academic documents (e.g., diploma and transcript of records) need to be translated by a sworn translator. However, I would like to know if it has to be apostilled, and whether the sworn translation can be done by a Brazilian sworn translator or has to be done by a sworn translator in Germany.

2. CV: Is there a specific format required for the CV (for example, Europass or a tabular CV), or can I use my own format?

3. GTEBS: If I take the GTEBS in 2026, will the result still be valid for the 2027 application, or does the test have to be taken in 2027?

1) If you do not have a German or English version of any of your documents, we require a certified translation in addition to the original document. You can find a list of certified translators in the database maintained by state justice administrators at [url]http://www.justiz- dolmetscher.de[/url]. You can find further information and/or a list of translators via the consular services web pages of German diplomatic missions.” You can also use Translation Agencies that work remotely. Usually, an apostille is not required.
