I want to apply to university as a freemover. I am enrolled in my home university in neuroscience program, and now I am on the 4th semester and I am coming to Hamburg for doing my thesis in UKE-ZMNH.
1) I don't know which application I should choose for freemover? medicine - 4th semester or Biology - 4th semester?

2) I have a proof of enrollment for the master program stating that I am enrolled in the master since Fall 2015\2016 is this proof is enough? as the transcript will be delayed to be processed and I won't get it before 15th of July.

3) is it possible to delay sending the transcript of the subjects I studied till now till matriculation in the university?

1) Regularly the faculty of medicine (UKE) does not offer places for free movers. If you are in contact with the UKE about your thesis, please ask your contact person there if you should enroll as a free mover and in which study program you should enroll. For enrolling as a free mover, you first need to find a supervisor in the chosen prgram to supervise your stay, since you need a written confirmation that you have a supervisor from staff of the hosting program at Universität Hamburg for the duration of your stay for enrollment. So you should ask the UKE about that, too. Since you tell me you will do your thesis at the Zentrum für Molekulare Neurobiologie Hamburg (ZMNH), it is possible that you will have to apply for the Graduate Program in Molecular Biology instead of applying as a free mover.

2) & 3) Your proof of enrollment suffices to apply as a free mover. For applying as a free mover, you do not need to send a transcript of the subjects you studied, the proof of enrollment suffices. Furthermore, for applying as a free mover the application deadline ends at the beginning of the semester (October, 1st), not on July 15th.
