Application time frame

I'd like to apply for the MIBAS 2018 winter program. Is it correct that school begins in October 2018 and the application period is Feb.15-Mar. 31 2018? I'm curious if I can send my application materials in early so I can begin to plan accordingly with an international move.

Dear meaghanbrowne,
The dates are correct. The wintersemester starts in October an d the application perod runs from Feb.15 - Mar. 31. It is not possible to apply before that time - after applying you will be noticed of the outcome of your application in May.
