Guten Tag,

I successfully registered to Uni Hamburg and I received a letter about enrollment. As I understand I need to fill in stuff listed here under "enrollment" https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... otion.html .

The first point is "print-out of your application from the application platform (register under: www.uni-hamburg.de/online-bewerbung)". I already used this application to fill in a form for university registration. Now, I cannot log in with my old username and password - it says the username does not exist. Also is this the SAME as the one I already sent for registration that I need to send for enrollment? (in such case I would not need the application).

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if I understand your request correctly.

First of all, you have to get the admission at the responsible faculty. Each faculty has its own requirements. You can find detailed information for the MIN faculty at https://www.promovieren.uni-hamburg.de/ ... ssung.html

After you've got the admission, you're going to enroll at the Universität Hamburg. At this point you have to register at www.stine.uni-hamburg.de and start an online application for the program you've got admitted to.
After submitting the online application electronically, you have to print it and send it along with the other documents mentioned at https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... otion.html (menue "Enrollment") to the Team of Student Affairs.
These documents include your admission letter form the faculty, your master's degree and a proof of your health insurance.

The next step will be, that you receive conditional semester documents and the access dates to your student's account.

As I can't find an application with your name or your e-mail address in the application system, you might mashed up some steps?!
If you already did the online enrollment and are now waiting for the conditional semester documents, please contact the Campus-Center directly. Please tell your application number and your date of birth to them: https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... enter.html
