Dear Team,
I try to access the GEVENTIS platform, on https://www.geventis.uni-hamburg.de , but I cannot login.
If I choose "Not registered yet", the system asks me for the "docata acces data" and then tells me that "A user with the email address '...' is already registered" - and I cannot go further.
If I choose "Forgot your login", the system asks for my email and then tells me that "There is no user account for the given user!".
Can you, please, help me with this access issue?

You are already enrolled and therefore should have an account for GEVENTIS from your application.
If you don't remember your access data, please contact the responsible faculty. You can find the email address on the website you've mentioned.
