Hello,
I would like to know if its possible for my professors to send in the recommendation letters after the deadline i.e. March 31st 2018, since they are currently travelling. I will be able to submit the recommendations in the first or second week of April. Also, if I submit them later, should I send the letters to an email address, as the application portal may be closed after the 31st? Is it possible? Please let me know. Thank you.

We cannot answer this question, since the selection process for the program PEP is administered by the department of economics. As a general rule, all documents except the proof of English language proficiency (there is a general extension of the deadline until May 31 for this) must be submitted by the application deadline for your application to be considered. But since the letters of recommendation are not part of the admission requirements but only of the application assessment, the department might let you hand them in late depending on the schedule of the selection process.
