Dear all,
I had enrolled as a PhD student at Hamburg university (Matriculation number: 7131317) and just received the semester ticket yesterday by regular mail. And although I had transfered all the needed amount for matriculation (325 euro), I did get a semester ticket that valid only for one month (from 19.04.2018 to 19.05.2018). Could you please clarify that?

Dear Mustafa,
the documents you received are preliminary semester documents - those are issued in case the regular semester documents do not reach you in time. You will receive regular semester documents which are valid for the whole semester, too. If you do not receive those within a week, please contact us again via our contact form because in this case we will need your personal data to clarify why you didn't receive the documents.
