Application for Enrollment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I received an acceptance for MSc Economics program for WiSe 2018/19.

I would like to ask a question about the documents you asked for.

1-) Since I will receive my Bachelor's Degree Diploma on 27th June, I am not able to send the documents untill the deadline of the enrollment application. However, I can send the transcript of records, which proves that I completed my Bachelor's Degree. Would it be a problem ?

2-) Since there is a religious holiday in my home country next week, it is not possible that I will get my health insurance before the 20th June. However, it is written "Health insurance documents can be submitted after submitting enrollment documents, if you do not have proof of health insurance yet during the enrollment period." at the website https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... erung.html
So, I understand that I do not have to send it now. Am I right ?

1. In case you do not have your bachelor diploma yet, you don't need to send a transcript of records with your enrollment application. You can hand in a copy of your diploma when you have it - the deadline is March 31 2019.

2. You are right. But please make sure that you submit proof of health insurance as soon as possible since you will not receive semester documents unless we have received that proof.

There is no special person dealing with enrollment for master programs in general at Universität Hamburg. I recommend that you use the phone number of the Campus-Center +49 +40 42838-7000.
