Dear Team,
The VISA department in India is asking for following documents from the University.
1. Proof of submission of the complete enrolment documents by 23.05.18 at the latest OR confirmation of University stating that you have enrolled on time

2. Letter from the university stating details of the study program (Start date of study program, last date of enrolment)

Can you please help to suggest what document I can present and where to apply them for?. At present the VISA processing is halted and I would require this to present them at the earliest.

We'll forward your request to Team of Application and Admission who can send you a certificate about being enrolled.

A letter stating details of the program will be provided by the responsible department.
