Hello,

This is with reference to submission of my enrolment documents on 16th June 2018 for Winter Semester 2018 MSc Economics.

I have neither received any acknowldgement of receiving of the enrolment documents I sent, now have I heard from the University for the processes to follow (e.g. for semester fee). I have not even received my provisional enrolment documents/details. I am really concerned of my application's status. I had been told that I would receive my STiNE account details in the first week of August, however, I haven't heard from the University all this time at all.

Kindly shed light on the status of my application as all procedures (visa etc.) are completed at my end and I am just waiting to hear from the University. There has been no correspondence from the University so far.

Your assistance would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Tahira Ali Qadri,

the provisional documents are always printed in the mid of August for the first time. First week of August would not be possible.
Therefore, you don't have to be worried.

Does this also mean that I will be informed of my STiNE account details and procedure for semester fee submission after the provisional documents are sent/generated?

Dear Tahira Ali Qadri,

the next steps will be the following:

Version A)
If you don't have a German address yet, you will get your access dates for the STiNE student's account via email within the next few days. Your provisional public transport ticket and student's ID will be left at Service Point. You can get them after your arrival in Germany.
After you log in to your student's account you'll find the information about how to pay the semester contribution. You can pay the semester contribution directly but don't have to.
Once you're in Germany, paid the contribution, gave us a German address and completed your enrollment documents you'll get the final semester documents to your German address.

Version B)
You already have a German address, so you'll get the provisional semester documents including the access dates via post in paper.
After you log in to your student's account you'll find the information about how to pay the semester contribution. You can pay the semester contribution directly but don't have to.
After all documents are completed and the semester contribution is paid, you'll get the final semester documents.
