About APS

dear,
i am a Nepali citizen,graduated from China with M.B.B.S degree in the year 2014 would like to apply HAW 's MPH programme starting from march 2019. To apply via Uni-assist i need and have applied for Akademische Prüfstelle (APS) from Beijing. I believe it will take me 1 more month atleast to get it(APS),which will make me late to meet the application deadline at HAW. so,i contacted to uni-assist and mentioned them my problem.they replied me mentioning that, if HAW agrees to receive APS directly from me once i get it then HAW admission office needs to write it to uni-assist via their contact form.
i would be really glad if it is possible. i will be thankful to any one who can help me with it.
