I need proof of my acceptance/registration for a PhD in Dentistry in Uni Hamburg and I need the proof to be in English.
How can I request such a document urgently?

If you concluded the enrollment process already, you should find a proof of enrollment in your STiNE-Account under "documents" in German and in English. If you have not concluded that process yet, but have been admitted for the PhD by the faculty of medicine, you should have gotten an admission letter from the faculty which proves your admission. If you need that letter translated, please request a translation from the faculty.
