I noticed at my application section "External Procedures - Dialogorientiertes Serviceverfahren"
says that DOSV is missing. I would like to know what "BAN" is? And how should I get this BAN no.?

The section on "External Procedures - Dialogorientiertes Serviceverfahren" is only relevant if you are applying for one of the programs listed on the following page: https://www.uni-hamburg.de/dosv Since at the current time you cannot apply for any of these programs, I assume you are applying for something else. In that case you can ignore the section on "External Procedures - Dialogorientiertes Serviceverfahren" - you do not need to put anything in that section.
