Hello, I would like to inform you that I have been nominated for a full scholarship to obtain a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Ministry of Higher Education in Libya. The scholarship will cover tuition fees for the intensive study of German or English as a second language and the relevant study I will accept. At the same time, the grant will cover books, medical insurance and living expenses that will be paid on a monthly basis. At this moment, the sponsor requires either full acceptance or conditional acceptance to terminate the final processing of the grant. In this case, I would like to receive conditional admission because I have to go to the German or English program to achieve the required level during the intensive German or English course. Please inform me that I can get conditional admission at this moment because time is the main concern for me. Thank you very much and appreciate your help. Sincerely

Universität Hamburg does not offer conditional admission.

Please note that the program is taught in German. A prerequisite for the study of a degree program taught in German at Universität Hamburg is that you are proficient in German at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The first step for you is therefore to improve your German skills.
