Please, answer my question.
1. In case of admission to the MIBAS program, will I then be asked to deliver certified copies of IELTS Report? (or the University is able to check the authenticity of my IELTS results online?)
2. If I am not afraid to lose my certified copies, can I send required documents and application as certified copies? (In order to be immediately enrolled to the University, in case of further admission)

For enrollment, Universität Hamburg can verify your IELTS results online in case you give us your test report form number. For the application the university just needs an uncertified copy of your results, so please don't send a certified copy with your application. Sending certified copies with your application will not result in immediate enrollment, since admission and enrollemnt are different processes. It will only lead to difficulties if you later decide you need the certified copy back. So just send a simple copy with your application.
