How do I get myself ex-matriculated from the university after finishing my studies? Could you please provide me an email address because I am currently not in Germany.

Dear fasha80,

If you have successfully completed your program but do not apply to withdraw from the University, you will be officially "de-enrolled" at the end of the semester (i.e., on 31 March or 30 September respectively). No further steps are necessary.
