I'm an Erasmus student from Italy and on 20th February I have to do my Extramatrikulation (I'll leave Hamburg on 22nd). Do I have to give back my Semesterticket? And if I give it back in order to extramatriculate and receive back the money of March, what do I have to buy a HVV tikcet for my last days in Hamburg?

You don't have to give back the semester ticket but you can do that.
To get back a part of the money, you'll have to withdraw first. Easiest way would be to come to the office hours of our Team of Student's Affairs, so you could the official certification of the withdrawal directly with you. The HVV needs a copy of you withdrawal and the original student's public transport ticket. Then you can get back some of the money of the ticket (round about 30 Euro).
