I am Anita and I have obtained a bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts and Sciences with concentrations in Management and Economics and a minor in International Relations at Rochester Institute of Technology – campus in Kosovo.

I am very interested in applying for a MA in International Business and Sustainability at the University of Hamburg, however, I saw on the website that as an international student I have to apply for preliminary examination documentation (VPD) at uni-assist.

Thus, I wanted to ask whether I am still on time to apply for the winter semester since I read that the processing time at uni-assist is at least four weeks whereas the application deadline for this program is 31st of March.

Dear Anita,

If you apply for a VPD now, there is a chance that you willl get it in time, but I cannot guarantee that. So you have to decide whether to take the risk of applying for the VPD and paying the fee for it even if you might not get it in time. But I can assure you that if you apply for a VPD this year and get it late, you can still use the VPD for an application at Universität Hamburg next year.
