Dear Hamburg university,

My name is Titaporn Karnsakulthon. I am interested in applying for MIBAS program in winter semester 2019/2020. I have a few questions related to VPD document from uni assist and online application.

1. VPD from uni assist
I already got replied emails from Uni Assist regarding to the issue of a Preliminary Review Documentation(VPD). It is stated that 'According to the guidelines from the Central Office for Foreign Education (Zentralstelle für ausländisches Bildungswesen ZAB), the content of your degree requires additional assessment by the university'. Therefore, Uni Assist can't issue me a Preliminary Review Documentation (VPD). However, they provide me a letter to put it in online application instead of VPD and They will also be making the results of their evaluation available to Hamburg university where a final decision will be reached regarding my admission.
I worry if it would reflect to the admission process/decision since i don't have a complete set of requirement documents? Do i need to send extra documents to Hamburg university or to Uni Assist?
In additional, Uni Assist also informed me of my converted German grade which is 1,645. Shall i put it right away into my online application or just leave it as 9,9?

2. Proof of higher education entrance eligibility
Is all the requirement information on higher education entrance eligibility related to my high school certificate? Do i need to summit my high school certificate and transcript at any later point in time?
Since i only sent my bachelor certificate and transcript to Uni Assist, not the high school certificate and transcript. Therefore, I don't have information about 'Type of higher education entrance eligibility' and also 'Grade in the higher education entrance eligibility'. Can i simply put them as Other higher education entrance qualification and 9,9 respectively?

You can write 1,6 as grade of your bachelor's degree. 9,9 will also lead to a valid application.
In the online application form you also have to upload your transcript. The responsible selection panel will decide whether they accept your bachelor's degree as adapted for the master's progam.

The higher education entrance eligibility is the certificate in your country that enabled you to apply for your first university degree. This is called differently in every country, but usually is the last certificate you needed to go to university. A most common word is high school diploma.
As you're from abroad and therefore don't have a grade in German grading system, just fill in 9,9 as your grade for higher education entrance eligibility. It's important to type 9,9, because 9.9 will not be accepted by the system. The type should be "Abroad - higher education entrance qualification from abroad".
We need the information from all applicants because of statistical reasons, even if it doesn't matter for your master's application.
You don't hve to submit a proof of your higher education entrance eligibility for the application for MIBAS program.
