Greetings! I have received today two emails regarding my enrollment documents. Supposedly, the certified copy of my degree and my health insurance couldn't be checked. I send the certified copy of my degree with my matriculation formula. I did not send a translation at that time. However, I send a second mail with my health insurance proof and a legal translation of my degree. According to DHL that second package arrived. I don't know for sure if the problem is that it did not arrive in the right place or that there is another problem. I am also concerned about the deadlines to send those documents.

First: Don't be concerned about the deadlines. The worst that can happen if your documents do not arrive in time is that you receive your semester documents late - your enrollment is not in jeopardy.
