I have applied for Masters in Intelligent Adaptive System and it's application results will be out by May 15th, 2019. I recently got to know form application portal that I should not wait for confirmation letter and I should apply for Student Applicant Visa in order to enter Germany on time and then acquire long-term student Visa later.

However, as I got to know about this recently, I haven't applied for Student Applicant Visa yet, I was waiting for acceptance letter to apply for direct Student Visa and the results are going to be out by May 15th, 2019.

Can you please suggest what should I do know since I didn't applied for an Applicant Visa yet? Will this impact my admission process? Is there any way to remedy this?

The admission process will not be affected by this, since Univeraität Hamburg does not check your visa for admission or enrollment. What you read about applying for an applicant visa is just a recommendation, since sometimes there is no possibility to get the student visa in time, which would mean that you would not be able to enter Germany in time to begin your studies at the beginning of the winter semester. Therefore my advice for you is to get in touch with the German embassy in your country and inquire about the time it takes to issue a student visa. If you can get the visa until October, all is fine. If it takes longer, you should ask them if it will be of any help to apply for an applicant visa first.
